Es una planta tónica y nutritiva que nos aporta una gran cantidad de minerales como hierro, calcio, magnesio, potasio y zinc. Al mineralizar nuestro cuerpo, también ayuda a alcalinizarlo, promoviendo un balance interno saludable.
