The second part of our journey in Costa Rica where we discovered Guiones : my favorite place in Costa Rica by far. That magical paradise tucked in the jungle is a surf and jet set yoga Mecca. The food is delicious and the lush protected jungle is sexy. My adventurous, always hungry for new experiences nature led us to Tamarindo to end the trip. It was too busy and full of concrete. So we stayed by the beach and visited a crocodile mangrove and saw 2 crocs! I also was traveling as a solo parent, which can be challenging. Here are some tips: 🎈Be in nature, it’s the best entertainment. We were delighted by the new insects, birds, iguanas and monkeys that were co-existing with us 🎈Make everything a game, a challenge, a discovery 🎈Bring some new toys they’ll be excited to play with and give you some quiet time. A new colouring book and crayons works great 🎈bring your natural and homeopathic medicine to be 100% prepared. I gave her a calming and sleep improving homeopathic capsules so she can sleep deep and recuperate at night 🎈be 100% present. Quality time with our little ones might not happen so often. Time flies, enjoy it On my personal development level, the highlights of this inspiring journey to Costa Rica were: 🌱 It’s important to stop the busy life and take time to stop, regenerate and replenish and a tropical destination is perfect for that 🌱I am in love with beauty and will create more beauty while on this planet. 💚don’t worry be happy. Trust that you will be provided with the infinite blessings our abundant planet provides. 🌍 Traveling is the reason why I came on earth, to visit this beautiful blue dot. Seeing new landscapes, tasting new food, listening to new languages, walking new streets, meeting new people, hearing new stories, all of this rewires my brain, creates new neuro-pathways, expands my experience as a human being, where I end up feeling like I am from everywhere I visit and from
nowhere at the same time. And if traveling is not an option for now, the best place to be is Now, Here, in the infinite depths of your being. Happy journey ✨ #dontworrybehappy #costarica

The best face masks I have tried and made so far…. The combination mask is suitable for oily and mix skin, blemishes prone.
It contains green clay, witch hazel, aloe, chlorella, spirulina, white willow bark, lavender essential oil. The mature skin mask refreshes and brings back the glow to a tired face. A perfect mask before a job interview, a date or just when you need a self-love boost.
It contains ghassoul clay, rose Otto hydrosol, aloe, roucou, white willow bark, rose geranium and tangerine essential oils. Both are a 2 in 1, face mask purifier and an exfoliant. Apply on skin 2 x per week, let sit 5 minutes and wash out with exfoliating movements.
Finish with Herbalista’s serums or the Glow SPF 30 nutrient day cream. The best part of it is that they contain only natural, organic and powerful ingredients, no harsh chemicals or preservatives, and this is hard to find. Have I mentioned they smell sooo good? I alternate with the mature skin and the combination skin depending on if I need to reduce the appearance of some blemishes before my moon time or if I need to bring back the radiance to my complexion. These must be stored in the fridge. 1000 pesos per jar. I just made a small batch, should I reserve you one?

For the past 2 years, I have been dedicating my life force to Herbalista, taking care of the herbal needs of the community, raising my kid like a boss mama, balancing life, work, and social life (almost none cause I am a hermit 😅) for two years non-stop, no break! And so I decided to treat myself to a getaway with my baby girl, only the two of us, with my full dedicated attention to her, eating healthy and wholesome food, resting by the beach, drinking herbal teas, and pampering with only the best herbal care I brought with me (watch for my travellers natural medicine kit video I’ll be uploading soon). Here is a little story about our journey, that’s only part 1 (watch for part 2 soon) of our first week in Santa Teresa, a surf town that combines yoga, surf, great food and cafes, great taste clothing stores and a a young international community of health conscious surfers. Traveling as a solo parent with young kids can be challenging, but there are some tips that make everything way smoother. One of them is to make everything a game. Distract their attention from what is making them whine and attract their attention to what you want them to do in the form of a fun game/adventure. Works at all times.
