This accessible yoga class is for every body weaving gentle stretches, strength building, mobility practices, and meditation into a fluid class. You’ll leave feeling clear and easeful in your body.
Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and yoga blanket or a large towel to class.
*If you have an injury or condition that makes it challenging for you to sit on the ground or to get up and down from the ground, please let me know so I can have a chair available for you.
