Kiam Frohlich
Kiam spent a lot of time in Asia, starting in Nepal where he discovered Vipassana Meditation and Tibetan Buddhism philosophy. In Chiang Mai, Thailand he enrolled in Thai Massage studies and learned with various teachers including: Noam Tyroler, David Lutt, Kam Thye Chow and Master Pichest Boonthumme.
He learned Qigong and Taichi on his way, practiced the Choy lee Fu System a few years then studied at The Five Immortal Temple in Wudang Mountain China.
He started to teach in Australia then ran courses in other countries such as New zealand, Tawain, Japan, Sri Lanka and Europe.
Grateful to his teachers, who taught him to work in mindfulness and good intention.
