Learn the First Sphere: The Art of Ascension as taughy by the Ishayas

Learn the transformative techniques of the Art of Ascension, as taught by the Ishayas. This is a meditative like practice that brings the mind inward, releases stress, expands consciousness and re-establishes life in the present moment.
The course runs Friday 7-10pm; Sat and Sun 10-5pm. Registration deadline is Apr. 12.
